Space planning for MRGA Architecture features an open studio area at the center, with conference room and offices on the perimeter. This arrangement encourages easy communication among team members on projects. Natural light is supplemented by pendant indirect lighting fixtures. Project construction completed in 1998.
At the Texas Instruments Lewisville site, a stand-alone office area was added between two existing wings of the building. The Management Complex Addition was a high security area located adjacent to the existing lobby. Fixed partition offices were custom-designed to accomodate systems furniture. These offices were located around the perimeter with administrative support in modular furniture at the center of the space. New restrooms were provided in the existing building. Project construction completed in 1995.   |
